Galen's ON PLAN MILK SHAKE

Category=(Desert & Snacks & Milk)

One small box of your favorite flavor JELLO Instant Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding Mix.
Two cups of skim milk frozen into ice cube tray
Two cups of cold skim milk

Directions
Toss all the ingredients into your blender or food processor and within minutes you will have a thick cold milk delcious shake.

Makes two large 16 oz servings.
Each serving counts as TWO MILK servings.
A great delicious way to get your milk/calcium for the day.
Fantastic filling desert that tastes like you are cheating!



Porky Cluck Gobble Burgers


ONE POUND EACH of
...ground pork
...ground turkey
...ground chicken


1 POUCH Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 tsp talian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cider vinegar


Mix & Do then up on the George Foreman
and you got yourself a good burger!


Galen's Hot Top Salad
Category=Lunch or Dinner or Snack

Ingredients
1/4 head chilled lettuce
1 small onion (golf ball size)
1 Smart One's Chicken Santa Fe
2 Tbsp Fat Free Ranch

Instructions
Put your Smart One's Chicken Santa Fe in the microwave.
Break your lettuce up into fork/bite size pieces onto a large dinner plate.
Cut onion into rings and place the circles on top of the lettuce around the edges of the plate.
Pour your hot Smart One's Chicken Santa Fe on top, mostly in the middle of the plate.
Drizzle the Fat Free Ranch around the edges over the onions and lettuce.

Makes ONE GIANT very filling serving and you will LOVE the microscopic SMILE COUNT!

If you have to cook for your family and they want something that would be Off Plan for you, this is easy & effortless to toss together for yourself.
I have had this for lunch when I know that my dinner is higher in points than usual. For instance, when I am eating at a friends house for dinner and I know that not all the things they make will be low in points.
I have also had it for dinner if my breakfast or lunch was a bit high.
I have had it for a snack in the evening.



Chicken A La King (ON PLAN)
Ingredients
•2 cups cooked chicken breast
•1/4 onion diced
•1 small green pepper diced
•1 small can of mushrooms drained
•2 tablespoons canola oil
•1/4 teaspoon black pepper
•2 tablespoons corn startch
•1 cup skim milk 
•6 slices of Kraft Fat Free Swiss Cheese
•1 1/4 cups chicken stock
•4 oz jar chopped pimentos drained
•salt
•pepper


Directions
Cook the Vegetables
In a frying pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion for 2-3 minutes. Next, add the green pepper and mushrooms. Sauté all of the vegetables for another 3-4 minutes until the peppers are soft. 


Add black pepper to season the vegetables. Add the corn startch to thicken the mixture, Mix for another 1 minute. 

Add the milk, chicken stock and some of the salt. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes, add the cheese slices remove from heat and stir in until the cheese is melted and blended. 

Finally, add the cooked chicken and the pimento. Mix it all together and heat it through. 

Serve Chicken A La King (ON PLAN) over Riced Cauliflower

Riced Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from Cauliflower and Cut the Cauliflower into large chunks that will fit in the mouth of your food processor.
Use a grate blade to process the whole Cauliflower
Process fresh cauliflower until it is the size of rice, either using the plain steel blade or the shredder blade. If you don t have a food processor you could also use a hand-held grater or cut it very finely by hand. 
Place the riced cauliflower into a microwave safe covered dish. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes stir and cook for another 3 minutes. You don t need to add any water, just cook it as is. When it's done, you ll have a slightly firm, but tender rice alternative. Add some I can't Believe It's Not Butter, salt and pepper and it's ready to serve.
