BASICS Type in your desired chatname, chose your gender with the drop down arrow, click the LOGIN button. Look at the list in the right. If your name is the only one on the list, you are the only one in the room at this time. If you see that your nickname is among several others then you are not alone and those others are members of the Weight Loss Challenge. You can chat by typing into the blank area at the bottom of the chatbox, then click ENTER on your keyboard in order to let others read what you typed. Please be respectful of others and no SPAM please. If you would like to register your nick here so no one else can use it, click the REGISTER tab on the top right of the box. You will be sent a password to your email address so only you can log in with your nick name. I would like some feedback on this style of chat as opposed to a message board or maybe we can do both if enough are interested.
